      Average first job out of college Helps you figure out what a good and bad company is after you leave If you befriend leadership and they like you, you have somewhat of a shot getting somewhere within the company.

      Cons

      Lack of team leadership Underpaid and overworked Clique mentality within leadership roles Do not value hard workers with salary benefits
