      Remote Work Office Equipment provided for free 28 days Annual leave Approachable and kind HR Team who deal with issues sensitively and professionally. 100% remote process - Interview, Induction and training all completed online before starting job.

      Cons

      Disconnected CEO Unapproachable Senior Management No long term job security Stressful sick leave process Imbalance in the workloads the different hubs have, one hub is overworked whilst the other isn't. Tech is a huge let down and the PCT suffer because of the tech issues.

      Pros

      I love Medefer, I’ve been here for a year, and feel good to be at work each day. Friendly people. Flexible. Good culture and standards. The product is good, communication is good, feel lucky to be part of the team. Everyone is invited to meet the CEO on joining, he is very passionate about the company and everyone is told they can go to him with issues. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Redundancies have happened since I’ve been there and I know that’s unsettled some people. That’s to do with external influences as Medefer is dependent on ICBs
