      I love Medefer, I’ve been here for a year, and feel good to be at work each day. Friendly people. Flexible. Good culture and standards. The product is good, communication is good, feel lucky to be part of the team. Everyone is invited to meet the CEO on joining, he is very passionate about the company and everyone is told they can go to him with issues. Good work life balance.

      Redundancies have happened since I’ve been there and I know that’s unsettled some people. That’s to do with external influences as Medefer is dependent on ICBs

      Great team, good pay, leadership conduct weekly meetings to keep you up to date

      Cons

      Unfortunate redundancies after every 2 years so no job security. A little bit of favouritism occurs within leadership and team members
