Not much to do day to day, basically hurry up and wait to be needed.

Some good advsiors in the teams

Awful management, no knowledge or experience of management, bias towards certain staff, no training at all or any training documents. Management would be late and leave early, turnover off staff due to management was very high and therefore constantly overworked and understaffed, no support on weekends, wouldn’t handle escalations and micro managed to the point you have to leave.
