Awful management, no knowledge or experience of management, bias towards certain staff, no training at all or any training documents. Management would be late and leave early, turnover off staff due to management was very high and therefore constantly overworked and understaffed, no support on weekends, wouldn’t handle escalations and micro managed to the point you have to leave.

Organisation of work force and communication with clients resulted in a high rate of job failure. When the aim of the job is to provide vulnerable people with essential safety equipment this is simply not good enough.
