poor management from C-suite Lack of operational knowledge- the CFO in charge of operations of the research department and only looked at numbers not how to change things to fix the numbers ran out of money and shut us down-waited so long to find investors and then didn't get any then laid us all off without severance Took no accountability and blamed it on the market
