Pros

MediSync will pay you well. There is absolutely no accountability, so do whatever you please. Work life balance is amazing, because honestly 20 hours a week is more than anyone needs to be successful there. If you are looking to be in a place for about 1.5 years, have at it, just know you won't be doing anything fulfilling at all. But it's a jumping off point.

Cons

There is no structure. There is no accountability. Their main client is the only thing keeping MediSync afloat. The minute that client jumps ship (which they will be forced to do soon) MediSync will be done. They employ some very talented people, however those worth anything leave within 2 years. Without fail. Leadership is weak. They allow HR to bully them around and run the show. It's really just a shame.

Pros

Clean work environment, superficially pleasant, good administrative staff and people. Ownership and executives intelligent but subpar leaders. A lot of talent in the general roles.

Cons

A ton of politics and very toxic with hidden agendas. VP roles are poor in investing in subordinates and there is a lot of proprietary communications and missing information for people who could do a better job if informed. Leaders with the longest tenure don't know what they don't know... because they've lost touch with other companies and current business strategies.

It is very concerning to review these comments from 8 months ago. Political viewpoints and a diversity of perspectives should always be respected. Bullying should never be tolerated and I invite you to contact me (B Gravitt) directly if I can help with any situation. We are working to refine communications and our external focus with the marketplace and we strive to deliver the best employee experience possible.

Pros

The clients of MediSync remain a positive portion of the job.

Cons

The change in the VP and CEO of PriMed has resulted in several job eliminations bringing in other very under educated individuals to fill the shoes of the senior employees eliminated.
