      On the job training. Supportive management. Flexible for work life balance.

      Cons

      Schedule is sometimes unpredictable. Apprentice techs usually get hit the hardest with hours, but with time they learn what you are capable and move you accordingly.

      Pros

      You get valuable experience with a wide variety of projects, devices and manufacturers. Insurance is affordable.

      Cons

      Expectations are poorly communicated. Certain employees get away with awful, unprofessional behavior. Dispatch is overwhelmed and incompetent.

      We have been in business for 21 years and have excellent employee retention. We provide an employee handbook, processes and procedures, weekly tech calls and an open line of communication to all supervisors and management. Leads are in place on all jobs to provide daily leadership on the projects and the first line of escalation.
