Pros

Good clients (though many leaving) Some nice team members who are happy to support each other Farringdon office is nice

Cons

Culture in mediavision is a hellhole and the CEO doesn't listen, gaslights people and the blame culture here is immense. I would highly recommend steering clear of this company if you want to be in a job that promotes good mental health. The blame culture and lack of support starts from the top and trickles down and you can see it across all of the faces of your colleagues who look like they've just come back from war half the time in the office, or on calls. Equipment issues were going on at the company for a long time with one member of staff being given over 4 old laptops that kept failing to do the job. No proper structure to bandings means junior members are doing jobs much higher than their pay grade but then no additional training or difference when leveling up leading to resentment of those above them. Probations extended for multiple members of staff not due to performance but due to company financials Time sheets were militant and yet didnt make sense at all - constantly having to be changed and some people given way too much to do and others giving themselves way more time than needed. Beware of being managements 'favourite' as this will only last so long, and when the tide turns, good luck.

Pros

Working at MediaVision has been a genuinely rewarding experience. The leadership, starting from the CEO, is truly considerate—not just about business outcomes, but also about employees as individuals. You genuinely feel valued here, and your voice matters. One of the things I love most is the emphasis on innovation. As a software developer, I’ve had countless opportunities to work on exciting projects, learn new technologies, and push creative boundaries. Curiosity and experimentation are encouraged here. The work culture is built on trust and psychological safety. Everyone is approachable, and you can openly share ideas or feedback without hesitation. The team spirit is fantastic—kind, helpful, and genuinely fun to work with. Transparency is at the heart of the company. Whether it’s about project goals, company performance, or individual feedback, nothing feels hidden or out of reach. Successes are celebrated, and mistakes are seen as learning opportunities—not failures. The encouragement and recognition you receive for good work here are unparalleled. Overall, it’s a place where ethics matter, people matter, and your growth matters.

Cons

Like any growing organization, there are occasional gaps in communication which can sometimes lead to rework. But the good part is that the team is actively working on improving this, and feedback is always welcome.
