Culture in mediavision is a hellhole and the CEO doesn't listen, gaslights people and the blame culture here is immense. I would highly recommend steering clear of this company if you want to be in a job that promotes good mental health.
The blame culture and lack of support starts from the top and trickles down and you can see it across all of the faces of your colleagues who look like they've just come back from war half the time in the office, or on calls.
Equipment issues were going on at the company for a long time with one member of staff being given over 4 old laptops that kept failing to do the job.
No proper structure to bandings means junior members are doing jobs much higher than their pay grade but then no additional training or difference when leveling up leading to resentment of those above them.
Probations extended for multiple members of staff not due to performance but due to company financials
Time sheets were militant and yet didnt make sense at all - constantly having to be changed and some people given way too much to do and others giving themselves way more time than needed.
Beware of being managements 'favourite' as this will only last so long, and when the tide turns, good luck.
