Pros

Started off great. Innovative company. Kind a d smart leadership. Autonomous. Collaborative. Then the wheels fell off.

Cons

Five acquisitions of failing companies bloated the headcount. Mediafly also took on the salaries of each company's C-suite killing any chance of a balanced P&L sheet. In my first year the company doubled in hesdcount through these acquisitions without even coming close to doubling the revenue. I don't even know where to start on the product. It went from being one of the best in class sales enablement platforms to a Frankenstein monster. user experience was a huge differentiator and that went out the window. There's a compelling vision, but the execution has been atrocious. The culture went from a people-focused, collaborative, innovative, creative, and fun to one of the worst places I've ever worked at. They preach a Flyers first culture but the reality is the moment the wheel started falling off, they stopped caring about people at all. The org chart is a mess. I would actually just call it the re-org chart because it's constantly changing without any strategic long-term thinking. Some very smart and kind people work there, but most of them didn't make it. and we're replaced with task masters instead of leaders. The fact that Mediafly had a 4.8 rating on Glassdoor when I started, and it's now dropped the whole point to 3.8 says it all.

Pros

Carson was as open a leader as I have seen - that being said the context of what was said was not always the best to hear.

Cons

Things seemed confusing as the multiple acquisitions took place.

Pros

They offer a generous 401(k) match, strong health, dental, and vision insurance benefits, flexible work arrangements, and good learning opportunities. However, it may not be the best place for long-term growth.

Cons

They underpay employees and barely provide salary adjustments. They also don’t seem to recognize or reward hardworking people.
