Pros

Offices were way nicer than needed and most of them were empty.

Cons

The CEO, COO & CFO did not understand the business at all but just wanted a "recurring revenue" stream. The 3 people at the top paid themselves close to a million dollars a year while the company was only generating $4-5 million a year. This company was banned from selling stock in a few states due to their shady dealings. The CEO hired people and laid them off a few weeks later. The CEO was in the office about 2-4 hours a day and the COO showed up once or twice a week. It was a "house of cards" that was going to fall down under the heavy weight of the top 3 salaries. I believe they realized about $150,000 from the sale of the company after raising more than $40 million selling stock.

Pros

This company offers a good benefits package, nice offices, okay pay, and friendly employees. The location is convenient from Palm Beach and Broward counties.

Cons

Do not come here unless you're looking for a place to work for a short period in between jobs. The company has very high turnover. People are hired and fired or laid off a few weeks after joining. It is a public company so financials are public. Senior management pay is substantially higher than successful companies of a similar size in the same industry. If senior management was replaced with people who had experience in the business, we might have a chance to make it.
