Pros

I joined Medical Guardian after spending 17 years with the same company, so starting over in a new role was both exciting and a little intimidating. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I've made. From day one, the support I received has been exceptional. The onboarding process was smooth, leadership is approachable and accessible, and there is a genuine culture of collaboration. In my many years in the workforce, I can honestly say I've never worked with a more supportive group of people. Everyone is willing to help, share knowledge, and work together. It's an environment where employees are respected, valued, and encouraged to grow. Most importantly, I enjoy coming to work each day and feel proud of the impact we're making. I don't typically write reviews, so when I do, it's because I stand behind what I'm saying. If you're looking for a company that is inclusive, supportive, mission-driven, and genuinely values its employees, Medical Guardian is a wonderful place to build a career.

Cons

I have not experienced any cons in my time here.

Pros

Management treats their employees as adults and we have the freedom to work our sales leads as they are our own business. The money we make is commensurate with the work we put into it; there is no cap. We sell emergency response buttons. This is a product that people need, want and can afford. Many employees earn six figures a year and the benefits and Human Resource Dept are outstanding.

Cons

Management gives us a daily call count to hit, but if you have enough sales presentations to follow up on, it's very easy to obtain.

Pros

remote work space, reasonable work hours.

Cons

if you dont make at least 40 sales a week in reality you make peanuts.(equivalent to 4-5k a month after tax.) so Unless your going to live on the phone, live and breathe this company its not worth it. 100% commission chargebacks are also disadvantageous.
