This job could be the worst nightmare of your life. You will quickly realize that the app has not sold despite millions of dollars spent on recruiting employees, doctors, and patients. Although I was employed at a great company, I believed in the vision of the CEO and left my well-paid job. After about a year, I realized that this app was never going to appeal to hospitals, doctors, or patients. This was a simple flop. A huge failure. Since the CEO is in denial or simply trying to keep investors' dollars, he keeps inventing and reinventing the product and it fails every time. As a developer, you will face a completely broken source code with an infrastructure in shambles, and it does not get better. Try fixing that. As every honest reviewer has pointed out, the CEO is the biggest problem in the company and he will continue to blame others until he realizes that he and the product itself is a simple failure. There will be an immense amount of pressure working in this environment and I would like to warn my fellow colleagues to think very carefully before taking a job with this company. To sum up the cons, it will be extreme pressure, constantly changing direction, and zero employee appreciation.
