Pros

This place is amazing. You hear about culture from every company during the recruiting process only to find once in the door, it was only a fabrication. It's real here. Everyone feels like they are doing something bigger than themselves. The thought of "Saving lives" unifies the population. Medidata is conquering diseases using our technology. It's amazing.. and it is something you feel when you are here.

Cons

Still a bit traditional but everyone is really working to transform. So much growth going on here and change is necessary (but not for everyone). Moving to let more work remote and not be in NYC physically.

Pros

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

Cons

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
