Pros

Overall compensation, benefits, office location, office environment, mission-driven work, lots of good people working there (until they get frustrated and move on)

Cons

Executive Leadership is a mess; executive incompetence is tolerated for far too long; Founders are out of their depth managing this organization; innovation isn't rewarded but blindly agreeing with Glen/Tarek is; if Medidata wasn't sold then an activist investor would surely have taken notice of increasing operational costs without appropriate ROI; internal career progression is very difficult unless you heavily play politics;

Pros

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

Cons

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
