Pros

Casual, good work life balance, and decent people to work with. Office location is in a great neighborhood and very modern.

Cons

No growth opportunities. It is a bit of an old boys club environment. Women do not get promoted often despite working harder than their male counterparts. Makes it hard to continue working with the same enthusiasm.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you felt as though there was a lack of growth opportunity due to your gender. I assure you, we are an equal opportunity company and value a diverse workforce. We never want any employee, of any gender or ethnicity, to feel as though you are judged based on anything beyond your performance at work. We have female employees in many of our leading roles, powering efforts from our mobile health initiatives to our product management departments. We are also initiating new diversity initiatives including university outreach and partnership with the HBA (healthcare businesswomen's association.)

Pros

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

Cons

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
