Pros
I work on a great team, alongside many intelligent and talented colleagues. Work is challenging, but the atmosphere is collaborative and positive. I haven't experienced any office politics or big egos. Benefits and salary are competitive for the tech industry, and I like that the company has always encouraged remote work, so the processes are in place to really make it a seamless transition, especially with COVID.
Cons
The acquisition and subsequent changes to the ways of working (Outlook instead of Google mail/calendars, strange and clunky 3DS platform) can make it difficult to do my job, schedule meetings, and keep up on the goings-on from a corporate standpoint. I, along with most of my colleagues, am really disappointed in the Outlook mail and calendar system, as there are frequent errors, disconnections, missed meetings, etc.
