Pros

None, nothing, more nothing. Nada. ( 5 word minimum)

Cons

Cox pays medley just under $5 per point (pay is based on how many points you get per job per day lucky to get 80 in a day) medley takes that $5 per point and pays the tech doing the job $1.20... it cost me more to work for them then I got paid.

Pros

Close to home. Can't think of anything else.

Cons

If you're fast and good at what you do, you were not allowed to go home after you were done with you route. You were now responsible for everyone else getting home on time. So, as an "independent" contractor you were forced to pick up the slack of all the slow and lazy workers in the company. More money in your pocket you might think? Oh no, they were the crap jobs that no one wanted at the end of the day, like all days and trouble calls. Not only did you not get to go home early for being fast, but they also didn't give you any extra installs either. They have to be fair and spread the little installs that they get around to all the slow and lazy works too.
