1yWe are saddened by your view of Medpace. We have very high standards for our new hires and look for a strong academic record and demonstrated success in previous roles in order to match candidates to our openings. In regards to promotions, Medpace values the growth of each employee, which is why we have multiple levels structured within each position for continual advancement opportunities. We do have a designated team that regularly reviews our compensation and benefits to ensure we are competitive within our industry. We have also made recent changes to our remote work policy in support of our culture of in-office collaboration, while still providing opportunities for associates to work from home when personal flexibility is needed. However, due to continued growth, we are in the midst of construction on our Cincinnati campus, which has temporarily created some parking stress. As a result, we have implemented a free off-site parking option for eligible employees. Lastly, during the recruitment process, we try to be as transparent as possible regarding the job responsibilities, compensation, benefits, training, and expectations of each individual role.
