      Pros

      Good work life balance Strict no saturday/sunday work

      Cons

      Alot - a organization is micro managed by CEO. - each and every small approval requires sign off from CEO (including bringing new chairs in location) - very poor compensation (<5% yearly increment) - No good benefits (Insurance , PF contribution very low) - Too slow in development, decision for new projects takes ages.
