      Pros

      Can work remote 2 days out of the week. Free snacks and lunch.

      Cons

      Pay raise is bad cap at 3% yearly which is uncompetitive for similar role. Minimal bonus structure, nothing provided to certain employees. Not many perks outside free snacks. Clueless senior leadership, preaches Meelunie culture but does not practice it.

      Great colleagues. Good Healthcare and disability insurance. Good pay. Great vision and goals.

      Cons

      No child/maturnity leave. No bonuses. Limited career growth opportunities. No diversity in management roles.

      Good work environment for family life balance

      Cons

      Ignorant, bossy, inexperienced traders. They just don't have a well-rounded enough experience to understand their roles as it relates to logistics. Pay was extremely low.
