No growth opportunities. 1% yearly raises even for those that have been there for over a decade. If you are content with mediocre then this is where you belong. Bonuses at the end of the year are alright but if the company doesn't do well you get zero. No one wants to fix problems- they shove it off their desk until its someone else's problem. Great place to use as a stepping stone or until you find your real job. Very little PTO. Next to zero training, the office environment itself is toxic. They will replace you with someone else who makes less than you do as they only care about their bottom line.

Pay raise is bad cap at 3% yearly which is uncompetitive for similar role. Minimal bonus structure, nothing provided to certain employees. Not many perks outside free snacks. Clueless senior leadership, preaches Meelunie culture but does not practice it.
