Pros

The freedom to work alongside studies is an advantage because no pressure is put on you to work when you cant. The pay is the highest I have earned as a student. The training is helpful and informative and everyone is patient while you get to grips with the software.

Cons

For a part time student job, there is possibly a little too much responsibility, which of course if good but can cause possibly extra unneeded stress.

Our call access team has been and continues to be a real success and we’re happy to hear that you have enjoyed it, and that it has fitted in so well with your studies. We always train and support people in their new jobs, but if you are worried about any of your responsibilities, we encourage you to speak to your manager or the HR team.

Pros

I am so pleased that I got the job at MeetingZone, it is such a great company to work for and I am still enjoying the company after 3 years of service! I have worked for a number of years in the Telecommunications industry, my previous job was for on of the largest players globally. Moving to MeetingZone was one of the best decisions made in my career so far. I have to say I was a little bit reluctant at first, because they were a much smaller organisation and I hadn't heard much about them. However I've learnt it's not about the size.......MeetingZone is such a forward-thinking company and I believe is really disrupting the telecommunications industry with it's adaptability, flexibility and competitiveness. Furthermore, you're not treated as a number, everyone is treated as a person. There is great team work, not only in teams but across departments. I would highly recommend this company and I'm so pleased I work in such an exciting and dynamic place of work!

Cons

There are very few cons to working for this company. A challenge with this company is there are fewer opportunities to move up the career ladder. However, what I would say is that MeetingZone recognise this and ensure they develop their people by providing additional training, skills and qualifications that people are able to put on their CV. Thus ensuring people continue to grow as well as ensuring people continue to develop their careers.
