Pros

The freedom to work alongside studies is an advantage because no pressure is put on you to work when you cant. The pay is the highest I have earned as a student. The training is helpful and informative and everyone is patient while you get to grips with the software.

Cons

For a part time student job, there is possibly a little too much responsibility, which of course if good but can cause possibly extra unneeded stress.

Pros

Small company where you will learn a lot Learn about Cisco a lot which can lead to a career at Cisco

Cons

Senior management within sales run the organisation, people have left here for verbal abuse by senior managers either sexual harassment or racial abuse.

We can’t address your concerns directly, as we’re not sure specifically what you’re referring to. However, we would certainly not tolerate harassment or abuse of any kind in the workplace under any circumstances.

Pros

In moving over from a much larger competitor, MeetingZone was positioned to me as being an ambitious and nimble company with core values at the core. This has proven to be completely true - despite continuous growth MeetingZone has not forgotten its culture and family feel. I feel like I am part of a company where my contribution is tangible, appreciated and where challenges are rewarded. Customer Service forms the backbone of MeetingZone's ethos and this extends to internal support too, where colleagues will go above and beyond to help each other. Having been in larger organisations in the past, there is a tendency to feel far removed from what the company message and strategy is. MeetingZone are so emphatically well positioned in the marketplace and the company direction is something that everyone is aware of and buys into.

Cons

There are no cons that I have come across in my time at MeetingZone
