You never know when the rules will change. Management has their clicks if your not part of it you will not last. Managers like to be the hero and do not like others that try to resolve problems unless they are involved. watch your back they will play nice to your face and throw you under the bus 1st chance they get to make them selves look good. Managers are all just given the title basically micromanagers is what they are. Benefits and compensation mean nothing if it can be snatched away at the blink of an eye simply because you dont kiss up to the manager
