      - Uncapped commissions - Flexibility with prospecting - Nice office

      Cons

      You're expected to completely generate your own leads, The company even charges you out of your paycheck for your own ZoomInfo and prospecting AI software if you want some resources

      Pros

      I genuinely love working here. The benefits are amazing; gym access, an on-site doctor, and perks that actually make a difference. Management and leadership are supportive, approachable, and truly care about their employees as people, not just numbers. It’s one of those companies where you feel valued and supported, both professionally and personally

      Cons

      As for cons, the logistics industry isn’t for everyone. It can be fast-paced and demanding, so you have to be comfortable with that environment but if you are, this is a great place to grow.

      The paid time off is the best part of the job

      Cons

      You never know when the rules will change. Management has their clicks if your not part of it you will not last. Managers like to be the hero and do not like others that try to resolve problems unless they are involved. watch your back they will play nice to your face and throw you under the bus 1st chance they get to make them selves look good. Managers are all just given the title basically micromanagers is what they are. Benefits and compensation mean nothing if it can be snatched away at the blink of an eye simply because you dont kiss up to the manager
