1. Long hours. You defined are going to spend longer hours to LEARN. If the vending machine says a dollar for the snack, you are going to put in that one dollar to get it, not 50 cents or a quarter. If you have big dreams, obviously you are going to put more hours and effort to achieve them. If you are not go getters, that’s cool. Don’t walk in here. 2. Not for the sensitive. Growth requires to be pushed out of the comfort zone, it requires pain. If you cannot handle construction criticism, then you cannot grow. Stay away from this place.
