      Pros

      Paid time off. Holidays off. Hours were kept at 40 a week.

      Cons

      Glass ceiling. Upper management will make promises and then back out of them when it is time to fulfill. Most of Sr management has no business being in their positions. Many were promoted based on how brown their noses were as opposed to their skills or even education.

      Pros

      The people and atmosphere of my job are fantastic. I have a good work-life balance, the benefits are very good, and I actually enjoy coming in to work.

      Cons

      The one con for Member One is that they do not pay enough. For me, all the other benefits and the quality of life are enough to not make that a dealbreaker, but I can understand why others would be dissuaded.

      Sometimes you win stuff in drawings

      Cons

      HR is a joke and will be a liability one day. Literally reported 2 instances of harassment that went unchecked because it kept happening. Better off taking matters into your own hands or leaving
