-Decent benefits - Nice Co workers -Paycheck - Good job if you want something where you do the exact same thing every day or for someone who wants to work retail

Cons

-Training is horrible. They put so much emphasis on their culture, but you don't learn what you need to know until you get into the branch

Paid time off. Holidays off. Hours were kept at 40 a week.

Cons

Glass ceiling. Upper management will make promises and then back out of them when it is time to fulfill. Most of Sr management has no business being in their positions. Many were promoted based on how brown their noses were as opposed to their skills or even education.

Great People, Great Benefits, Flexible Schedules

Cons

Managers that are put in positions and have no clue as to what they are doing. Mostly have to depend on an associate beneath them to get direct answers with a situation. Supervisors that do not know how to do the job that they are over seeing.
