The people and atmosphere of my job are fantastic. I have a good work-life balance, the benefits are very good, and I actually enjoy coming in to work.

The one con for Member One is that they do not pay enough. For me, all the other benefits and the quality of life are enough to not make that a dealbreaker, but I can understand why others would be dissuaded.
