Small office with groups that aren't open to welcoming newcomers. "Manger" over me was not a people-person at all, no management skills - very self-centered and not open to share any of her knowledge. "Manager" had gripes with other C-level folks and made it clear to all - very uncomfortable in such a small company. She has since left the company but that was after firing me.
