Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry about your experience. Please contact me at hr@raydianproperties.com as I would like to investigate this concern. Like you, we believe it is those who work in our communities who serve the residents that matter the most. I am sorry you did not have that experience with us and would like to rectify it for others who may continue to work with us. Thank you – Human Resources

Pros

Small home office who is always available when help is needed. The company is growing and they believe in promoting from within before looking outside. The company has a strong philosophy and looking to transform senior living.

Cons

Depending on what level you work in the company you can be on call 24/7. This is expected when working in healthcare and not an issue for most.

Thank you for your review. We understand emotional burnout and the staffing challenges of our industry. Please contact me about "cutting down staff" as we have not reduced staffing hours and want to ensure we are communicating appropriately. No one should ever have to be on-call 24/7 and we should talk about ways we can rotate being on-call with your "second in command." You can contact me at the office 201-368-7070. Thank you again for taking the time. -Amber Williams, VP/COO of Memory Care Living
