They treat the staff that are not personally hired by them or are theyre friends as if they dont matter
The pay is low
The turn over is unbelievable

Flexible schedule, learning experience, wonderful staff to work with, no weekends and able to work independent

On call 24/7, new change of management, cutting down staff which affects the residents, very stressful atmosphere and no sense of professional TLC for the staff

Please contact me about "cutting down staff" as we have not reduced staffing hours and want to ensure we are communicating appropriately.
