Pros

Working at Mend has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The onsite meetings are always fun and engaging, creating a great sense of camaraderie within the team. The entire company is mission-driven and super encouraging, which makes a big difference when you're working in the Mental & Behavioral Healthcare space. There’s also plenty of room for growth here, with opportunities to make a meaningful impact every day. Plus, Mend offers the chance to travel, which is an exciting perk for those who enjoy seeing new places. The benefits and PTO are excellent, and the company is generous with bonuses, which really shows they value their employees. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow, feel supported, and make a difference, Mend is an amazing place to be.

Cons

Mend is a dynamic startup that offers a fast-paced environment. While the pace can be exciting and filled with opportunities for growth, it can also be stressful at times, especially as the company scales. There’s a lot of energy and drive, but it requires adaptability and the ability to handle pressure. As a startup, Mend is still fine-tuning its communication strategies with the ideal customer. This creates a "learning-as-you-go" atmosphere, which can be both challenging and rewarding for those who enjoy problem-solving and evolving processes. If you thrive in environments where you're constantly learning and growing, this aspect can be an advantage. However, it does mean there are areas where things may feel less structured or more experimental compared to more established companies.
