      Pros

      -Contract outsourcing to fix the really bad technical desitions made by its CTO. -Put QA after develop a really bad system only it does MEND waste money

      Cons

      My experience with Mend was extremely negative. The CTO openly protected the technical lead, allowing him to act however he wanted — including mistreating and harassing employees. Even after Hatchworks removed this technical lead, Ment’s CTO kept him, showing no concern for the well-being of others. It is shameful to leave autocratic and toxic leaders in place, especially when this behavior affects women in the workplace. My advice: think twice before trusting Mend as an employer with that Adam CTO.
