Favoritism appears to play a role in work distribution, and this affects overall team morale and fairness. A more structured and transparent system would really help improve the work environment. The worst part is, management has no idea this is happening, and they never bother to investigate. It’s just not fair to everyone else who’s working hard. This kind of chaotic environment really affects the company’s reputation.

Since the leadership change in the US, the company’s direction has shifted in a way that’s been difficult to watch. Strategic focus is unclear, and many decisions feel reactive rather than thoughtful. Team successes are not always recognized, while responsibility for challenges is often placed elsewhere. It’s disappointing, as it was once a truly enjoyable place to work.
