Pros
There are zero. The only people I have seen remain with this company are employees who reflect ownership, miserable and unhappy - constantly complaining and lazy - ineffective and more interested in a paycheck and turning a cheek to any real work that needs to be done.
Cons
They are currently running a Hilton based hotel into the ground (they had just run a Marketplace that had only been open 2 years into the ground, promising transfer jobs to hundred of people... where only a dozen were facilitated properly), the hotel has only been open 1.5 years and the only person at the hotel whose remained the same in that time is the owner Alex Proudy. (By the time I got there Alex had been through 4 food managers , 4 HR managers, and endless chefs and other positions.). Alex will tell you to keep the pool open if there is lightning and thunder, to allow camera/video equipment onto the roof during dangerous storms (putting employees at risk), to cover over the moldy pool cushions with towels (avoiding spending the money to clean the cushions), to cover the broken parts of the roof floor with pots. My favorite is when Alex installed an incredibly expensive INDOOR speaker system outside on the rooftop (this is Florida during storm season) and fumbled to point blame when the system shorted. Cockroaches were a norm in the kitchen, and every time reported told to keep a hush on it. I was the 8th person in my position in under the 2 years the hotel had been open, and EVERY time I brought an issue to management or ownership it was brushed aside and never handled. I love working in hospitality because it normally is fun, this was the worst company I have EVER worked for. Side note about Menin - they were supposed to sponsor a charity event for a local recovery center and pulled out at the last second forcing the charity to scramble. Really immature operated company who wants to have toys but not take care of them properly after playing with them.
