Pros
It is a very solid company. The company offers everything for you to grow as a person. It has a solid series development and a good pipeline of luxury products, services and trucks.
Cons
There are a lot of people not really engaged. Not easy to climb up the ladder. Big company, big problems. Middle management is focused on politics and not on bringing a cutting edge products to the market.
