Pros
*Most of the people you work with are easy to get along with *The workload is almost never too much to handle *Most clients are very open and make the day go by quicker
Cons
*Management seems to pick and choose what they want to allow biased on employee basis/lots of favoritism *Compensation could be better, especially working for a "high end" car dealership, you really have to "fight" for a pay raise. *Can't seem to hire and prioritize the departments that need extra hands/hire people after others leave *No real training
