Not only dose Mercer offer growth within the company, they offer great pay. 401k, insurance, they offer support. Some of the reviews I disagree with as I have had no issues at all her. Thank you Mercer for being such a great company to work for.

Every department/shift needs to be on the same page with same process of work

The pay and hours are decent

There is no standard way to do things. Everybody does things differently so you never really know what the right protocol is. You never get taught how to do things. The employees only tell you when you are doing something wrong if they talk to you at all. There is way too much favortism and you're lucky if people even talk to you. No one is real friendly.
