Manager treats you like you're stupid because he had a degree even though he's running the place in to the ground. You're only a number and better be on his favorite shift because he's a total jerk to all the others.
Not only dose Mercer offer growth within the company, they offer great pay. 401k, insurance, they offer support. Some of the reviews I disagree with as I have had no issues at all her. Thank you Mercer for being such a great company to work for.
