Awful - Sales Manager Merchant Cooperative Employee Review

merchant cooperative has a real family atmosphere. I worked there for almost a year and had to leave because I was starting a family. The pay was great it was upbeat environment and as soon as I'm done raising my baby I'm going back! love love love it there. it's a challenge because the more you sell the more you make yet the less you sell the less you make. suffice it to say we had a very good Christmas because of my job there thanks MC

if you're lazy it won't work for you. You have to be a motivated team player and you'll get very far.

There are a few really great people here, find them, they will help you be honest. Then you will pray you find another job.

About everything, zero training, if you learn on your own you will learn the lies the company tells and sadly you will think they are truth. Then a few month later learn the company made you a liar. All while driving your personal vehicle all over the state.
