Pros
There is a real sense of "team" here. Every department working together to create an even flow throughout the day. Management is always available to make sure you reach your potential and bonuses are there when putting the effort in.
Cons
If this is even an issue, early morning parking is sometimes difficult as everyone is getting in at once. Probably the same way anywhere though.
