Unfortunately, there are no pros for a company that is completely toxic to work for.

Cons

Where to begin.... 1. High employee turnover rate. It's like a revolving door of people being hired, fired or quitting. 2. POOR MANAGEMENT 3. Lack of professionalism, integrity, and respect for employees. 4. No paid holidays given. 5. Lack of employee recognition and incentives. 6. Managenent watches your every move on cameras that are placed in every office. 7. No HR department!!! Need I say MORE?!

Pros

- Lots of OT… which means $$$$$$$$ - No experience needed! - Company Parties

Cons

- No benefits - BARELY ANY PTO - Micromanaging from owners constantly looking at cameras - LOTS of S.Advances on the job with non-fraternizing employees. - Uncomfortable invites for “the team” to go to the Mexican bar around the corner, but it would only be you and a senior manager meeting for dinner and drinks to discuss advancing in the company. - No Trust for an employee who is leaving for a better opportunity to finish out their “notice of resignation” time frame. - CEO is rude and nasty. - HIGH TURNOVER - who would wanna put up with that stuff? - Several “vulnerable” employees confided in me about S.Advances from other members of management.
