Toxic work envorionment, lack of disrespect, nepotism, verbal abuse, racist, lack of professionalism, and no respect or recognition for employees at ALL. High employee turn over. Since my time there, employees come and go. Some don't even return after lunch. AND, most importantly, NO Human Resources DEPARTMENT.

I got hired as a data analyst. The first red flag was how quick they were to hire me and how interested they seemed. When I came in for my first day, I filled out some hiring paperwork and noticed that the job was listed as "tech support" for 15 an hour. For the first hour I meet with the other data analyst, and we have some good discussions about how to fix the company database. After that they threw me jn a tech support room to be "trained" meanwhile all it was was a room full of angry tech support people that wouldnt teach me anything and got mad every time I asked a question. After literally sitting there with nothing to do for 2 days straight with no managers or anything helping me, I finally decided and realized that this company lied to me and wasnt actually planning on making me a data analyst. I never showed up again and never even received a single phone call, text or email.
