Pros

Good tradition of the company. Good quality of products and previously, biotech products were advanced and innovative. Wide portfolio in some therapeuthic areas.

Cons

Rigid structure and the lack of innovative ideas for new drugs. Although the market today in some therapeutic areas has much stronger competition from new drugs or cheaper competition from biosimilars, management have unrealistic sales expectation in some countries.
