Pros
Good pay and benefits for people who enter the company at a later stage of their career. They enjoy the culture too because they are there to retire.
Cons
People who join at the beginner or mid-level stages are frustrated. The company has reduced to half its size after the P&G takeover. The product portfolio has proportionately halved. The businesses are struggling. The seniors are still getting fat packages to warm their chairs while the juniors are trying to keep the businesses alive and being underpaid. It used to be a good company but not anymore. There is minimal learning and a lot of dissatisfaction, with no clear vision and direction from the upper management.
