      Fully remote, good salary, good work life balance

      Cons

      Everything else. It’s impossible to actually do anything meaningful here because you have no autonomy or control over what you do. All directives from from the founder himself and his ideas are either illegal or impossible to accomplish for a variety of reasons. The CEO does not care about the company.

      Lunch, thats about all you can say.

      Cons

      Unprofessional atmosphere filled with chaos and uncertainty. Directors dating employees, lots of drama and backstabbing in the office. Promotions for brown nosers and the spiritually awoken ones.
