      Fully remote, good salary, good work life balance

      Cons

      Everything else. It’s impossible to actually do anything meaningful here because you have no autonomy or control over what you do. All directives from from the founder himself and his ideas are either illegal or impossible to accomplish for a variety of reasons. The CEO does not care about the company.

      Paid catered lunch was pretty cool and the opportunity to work with open-source tools and high autonomy in day-to-day tasks.

      Cons

      Significant disconnect between the Management and Director levels. Even if you exceed performance goals and take initiative, your job security is tied strictly to personal rapport with the Director rather than your contributions.
